Khosla suggested establishing a non-profit entity to develop and manage these AI systems, eventually integrating them with a UPI-like service layer.
Highlighting the success of Aadhaar in enabling UPI, Khosla expressed confidence in extending similar AI services to every Indian within the existing identity-based framework. He emphasized the importance of leveraging AI applications that directly benefit the broader population to achieve significant national transformation.
In the field of education, Khosla advocated for AI-based personal tutors that can customize lessons based on individual learning needs. He also proposed enhancing the government’s DIKSHA platform through AI to organize and personalize its content repository.
Shifting focus to healthcare, Khosla recommended AI-driven primary care systems that offer comprehensive care round the clock at minimal or zero cost to all Indians. These systems could provide primary care expertise, chronic disease management, and more.
This initiative aims to democratize access to advanced AI services and improve the quality of education and healthcare for the Indian population.
