The tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, which carries a claimed AnTuTu score of over 4.1 million. This chipset also powers the OnePlus 15, iQOO 15, and Galaxy S26 lineup, consistent with OnePlus’ approach of using the latest chipset for its top-end tablets.
Memory, storage, and battery
The Pad 4 comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. The device includes a 13,380mAh battery paired with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging. This represents an increase from the OnePlus Pad 3, which featured a 12,140mAh battery.
Design and accessories
The Pad 4 will be available in a dark brown color variant, identified as the Dune Glow model, and a Sage Mist variant. The design is similar to last year’s model, with the OnePlus logo centered and a pill-shaped camera module in the top corner.
A notable hardware change is the relocation of the pogo pins from the bottom to the top, positioned vertically opposite the camera module. OnePlus confirmed that the Pad 4 will support a new smart keyboard and a new Stylo Pro for writing and sketching.
