Legal AI startup Jurisphere has raised $2.2 million in a funding round led by InfoEdge Ventures, with participation from Flourish Ventures, Antler, and 8i Ventures, the company announced in May 2026.
Founded in 2024 by Manas Khandelwal, Varun Khandelwal, and Sumit Ghosh, Jurisphere offers an AI-powered workspace currently used by over 500 teams across law firms, enterprises, and public institutions. The platform supports workflows including legal research, drafting, document review, and collaboration.
The company plans to use the proceeds to expand globally and build a network of AI-native legal professionals. As part of that expansion, Jurisphere is moving to integrate its AI tools with a marketplace of lawyers, allowing clients to access legal expertise alongside shared AI workflows for execution.
The startup positions its platform around improving legal outcomes rather than productivity alone, combining software with human legal expertise. This outcome-based approach may distinguish it from tools focused primarily on automation or efficiency gains.
The funding round signals continued investor interest in AI applications within the legal sector, with a mix of venture firms backing Jurisphere’s model of pairing technology with a professional services network.
