Ctruh Raises $2.5 Million Seed Round to Expand AI-Powered 3D and XR Platform

Bengaluru-based deep-tech startup Ctruh has raised $2.5 million in a seed funding round, co-led by Inflection Point Ventures and Avinya Ventures. The round, announced in 2026, also saw participation from India Accelerator, Founder’s Avenue, Anthill Ventures, Finvolve, LVX, Vivek Sinha, and Shivakumar Ganesan.

Founded in 2022 by Vinay Agastya, Ctruh builds tools for AI, 3D, and Extended Reality (XR) applications. Its core offerings include VersaAI, a browser-native 3D engine that converts images, text, and video into 3D assets, and Commverse Studio, a platform that allows brands to create and deploy 3D and XR experiences. Commverse Studio integrates content creation, deployment, commerce, and analytics in a single environment.

The company’s no-code, browser-native infrastructure is designed to run 3D experiences across devices without requiring downloads or specialized hardware. Ctruh serves clients across retail, e-commerce, real estate, automotive, education, and healthcare sectors. It competes with players including mirrAR, Eccentric, Metadome.ai, and Trezithe.

This latest raise follows a $2 million funding round the company secured in January 2023 from Pankaj Jain and Dharmendra Jain. The new capital will be directed toward research and development, product innovation, and international expansion.

Ctruh plans to expand into the US and UAE markets in 2026. The funding may support the company’s ability to scale its platform and reach new enterprise customers in those regions, though the extent of that growth will depend on execution.
