Ecommerce-focused SaaS company Unicommerce reported a marginal 3% increase in consolidated net profit to ₹3.4 Cr in the fourth quarter of FY26, up from ₹3.3 Cr in the same quarter a year earlier.
The results cover the quarter ended March 2026. Operating revenue grew 14.2% year-on-year to ₹51.6 Cr, while other income of ₹1.2 Cr brought total revenue for the quarter to ₹52.8 Cr.
On a sequential basis, however, operating revenue declined 8.3% from ₹56.3 Cr recorded in the previous quarter, suggesting a softer close to the fiscal year compared to Q3 FY26.
The results reflect steady year-on-year growth in both profitability and revenue for Unicommerce, even as the quarter-on-quarter dip in operating revenue may point to seasonal or business-cycle variation within the fiscal year.
